Have been having our cars serviced at Sparks Computerized Car Care for the last seventeen years. They are always friendly, informative, honest, helpful and trustworthy.. while thoroughly explaining and patient in answering questions about car maintenance.

Chris has been doing work on my family's cars since the 1990's. (My car, wife's car, daughter's car). Repairs/service consistently top-notch and prices are good - much better than dealership. In 15 years and routine maintenance on 7 models (but only 2-3 cars in the family at any time) only three problems with repairs or servicing...all corrected immediately and at no additional charge. Really good about telling what options are: new parts vs used; sure fix vs "one of two things could be wrong" - and saving you money by explaining how much troubleshooting an intermittent problem can cost if the approach is "just swap parts until the problem goes away". Can't ask for better.

Great group of guys, very knowledgable. Great service with very competitive rates! So glad I found them. Very honest and upfront about costs and service work to be done. No surprises here, when it comes to paying for services rendered.
