Provided by YP.comproblem with customer service. had a problem with credit card machine and they charged my card three times. the store manager never apologized for the inconvenience and the time lost and never followed through, so i had to call them and cleared those charges. my shopping day with whole family was ruined and very bad customer service. very disappointing. however, i like their shoes though.
