McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I have been going to this McDonald’s since moving to Owen Brown in 2013. I am not exaggerating, going once a week, my order of a quarter pounder without cheese was made incorrectly >300 times. However, ever since they hired Milam maybe 6 months ago, I have not had even one single order come out incorrectly. Milam is the shining star of this location, and I hope that management recognizes his talent and ability to multi-task taking customers and payments at the same time all with a smile on his face. Before hiring Milam, I would have rated this location 3 stars, post hiring Milam 5 stars 100%. The line moves fast, and the location is well-kept.

WORST McDONALDS EVER!!! I went to this location 3 times in a week & a half for coffee & 1 time I got food & each & every time they messed up the order. I had to repeat the order 5-10 times b/c they don't actually listen to something so simple. I was there yesterday & once again they screwed up my coffee and I heard the girl make a comment about messing up the order and a male coworker told her to hide it. They looked over and clearly saw that I was looking at them because I heard what they said. The girl walked away and I thought she was fixing the coffee but when I got in the car I discovered she game me the one she messed up and I had to throw it away. 3 straight visits and 3 orders thrown away. The incompetence of the staff is astounding so unless you want to throw your money away go to a differ McD's.
