My husband and 5 year old have gone to Columbia Barber Shop for the last 4 years. The experience was nothing out of the ordinary! However, I took my 5 year old for a hair trim a few weeks back. After we were done, the lady ran my credit card and said it did not go through! So, I paid cash and got out of there without asking for a receipt, as they never give one. Later I realized that my card did go through and I had been charged twice! I went back with my son and said that there may have been a mistake. However the 'BOSS' turned out to be a really OBNOXIOUS, RUDE, SCUMBAG and a JERK refused to hear me out and practically chased us out screaming! Even the lady with the glasses who gave my son a haircut the last time said she did not cut his hair! I agree that this is a matter of $10, but the manner in which the 'BOSS' behaved was completely unacceptable and this is downright cheating!!. Very poor customer service for a mediocre place. Never going back again and would not suggest to anyone!!

Only 5 min for my husband hair cut... You get wat you paid for..never come again...
