The service was horrible. I went online and booked a birthday party for my daughter age 7
And when I got there the party was ready
But there was no one there to assist
There was only one person cooking
For everyone in the bowling alley
If you know your going to be busy and that there's going to be a birthday party of 7
Have more staff available
There were only 3 people working
Never again and they tried to charge me more when we were leaving

We tried for 10 minutes to print a coupon allowing 6 people to play for 2 hours with shoes and Coke.



What a joke!! I could not bring this coupon up, let alone print it. What is the point of having a coupon advertised when it is nothing more than print without a link.



Do not bank on any of these coupons, and I suspect for other companies too. You may well be disapointed as we were.
