You can tell who cares and who doesn't, this doctor and the people who help him care about taking care of people. They give you a number to contact the doctor directly and he is fast.

Nice people, care about taking care of addiction, saving lives and they care about what they do. I would say there is a difference in choices and this is a good place to get the help you need.

Extremely competent staff--my life has been changed and I appreciate the effort to make life matter again. It takes all the right parts: medicine, therapy, and caring people, this place has them all. Very professional, very effective.

Extremely unprofessional and rude counselor who made numerous inappropriate comments to our minor child, my wife and eventually myself. After requesting contact information for head of facility to file a complaint, spoke on the telephone with the Business Manager who did absolutely nothing to address our concerns. In fact, he appeared to have more concern regarding potential loss of clients, and consequently revenue, if the counselor were terminated as recommended. Apparently, priority of Bluegrass Mental Health concerns revenue rather than well-being of its clientele. We will be submitting formal complaints to Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists, in addition to other entities to address several serious issues.
