this locations customer service is despicable. i tried to work with them on fixing a mistake they made (DO NOT LET THEM PUT A LIFEPROOF CASE ON YOUR PHONE) that caused the warranty to be voided. i was rudely told that there is no proof they put the case on. then i was given the offer of upgrading early (which they offer to basically any customer who walks in the store in order to make a sale). in other words... they wanted me to not only pay for their mistake but waste one of my upgrades. with plenty of other at&t locations i see no reason to support a store with such dismal customer service.
