I have been going to Advanced Hearing Group, Columbia for the last 8 years. My original hearing aid and hearing exam was expertly done. Unfortunately, the original Audiologist, Kristin, whom I adored for her honesty, expertise, and willingness to support was transferred.
Through the years I've met Audiologists who were horrible as well as a few excellent ones. Dr. Roger Lee, the current Audiologist at AHG in Columbia, is among the best!!! He not only is thorough, but is also empathetic, an excellent listener, strives to solve any and all problems, is interested in what you have to say so he can make certain all goes well with the fit, comfort level, and your happiness in being able to hear by using an excellent brand of aids.
Dr. Roger Lee is honest and trustworthy. He'll explain why one brand is better for you than another. His explanations are verbalized in simple, understandable language.
I wouldn't consider using any other Hearing Specialists after going to Advanced hearing Group.
Additionally, I'd like to give a positive high five and shout out not only to Dr. Lee, but also, to Dr. Hillary Spanier who, like Dr. Lee, exemplified all the best qualities that a wonderful, professional Audiologist should possess.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a hearing aid center. I have been to places like Costco and Beltone and those places discouraged me. I never thought I would find a place where they offered top of the line affordable hearing aids and great service. I recommend AHG to anyone
