Our dog made a mess of our carpets. We had our carpets cleaned. We were amazed that all of the horiable stains came out.

They were given the option to replace the carpet. When Timmy assessed the damage he said that the carpet cleaning will be good and if we were not satisfied that they would discount off of the price of new carpet. We were so happy to find a company that did a great job and did not try to sell us on carpet replacement that was not necessary. This is a really honest company.

We needed new hardwoods for our new home. A Plus came recomended by 2 of our friends and we looked at online reviews. We made the right choice. We were able to see a massive selection in the showroom. We ended up with a Mirage hardwood floor and purchased the waterproof back carpet by Shaw. We recomend this comapny to everyone

We shopped for carpet at several places. This company was able to offer us the same carpet that 2 other stores tried to sell us at a lower price. The customer service was outstanding. The installers, sales person and customer service was outstanding. We received a discount for carpet cleaning too. Just the icing on the cake!. I love this comapny
