Provided by YP.comI purchased a CMS coupon book which included coupons from here for one (1) free oil-change and three (3) half price changes. When I called to make the appointment as specified on the coupon I was told I could only use the Free coupon after having used the half-price ones first. No statement on any of the coupons indicated this was true and I later spoke with another contributor that had similar coupon s and they confirmed this was an inappropriate requirement. Bottom line, if they'll willing to cheat me out of a fund-raiser coupon, what else might they be willing to cheat on.
The oil change promotion through the CMS coupon book was misprinted by CMS. CMS never sent us a proof of the coupon before they went to print. We were unfortunately unable to correct any mistakes. CMS has since sent us a letter to clarify the situation and we appoligize for any misunderstandings.
