This used to be a great place with nice people (a couple/few years back). But I guess they have built up thick skin over the years, because now they are rude and cold to their patients. During the last 6 months or so, they just seem to be getting more and more discourteous to the other patients who have been in rooms close to mine, every time I go in there lately. They are not as rude to me in person as -- what seems like -- most of their other patients, but that is when I am there. However, if I am talking to their staff on the phone about anything other than scheduling an appointment (like asking any question), they immediately start treating me like I am being a jerk to them.



I used to feel like I was seen as a person -- like them -- and they understood the physical pain that their patients had to live with, and why their patients (including me) had to go to them. Now it feels, personally, like they look at their patients as just some check point (or something) standing between them and the money they collect from the insurance company.
