Love this place! Best selection of vacuums I've seen! What I really like is that I can buy a machine that suites my needs and I won't be buying in another year based on the quality vacuum cleaners they offer! PLUS I am a sewer, so I was able to check out the sewing machine selections and put one on my "wish list"!! Looking forward to replace my old one for a new high quality sewing machine soon! Any problems in the future I know where to bring it for repair! Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge! :)

I'VE BOUGHT ALL OF MINE & MY FAMILIES VACUUMS HERE FOR YEARS! THE PRICES ARE REALLY FAIR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT (HE HAD NO PROBLEM ANSWERING ALL KINDS OF QUESTIONS & HELPING ME DECIDE WHICH VAC. WAS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR)

I have been going to this Company for over a year and I have been blessed by the great service and friendly workers. They give great deals and are willing to do all they can to get you a great deal. I needed a vacuum and the owner gave me a great deal. I would recommend anyone to come to this company for any of your vacuum needs and if you need a moving vehicle they do there best to get you the best deal they can. :)

I thought my vacuum cleaner was broken. I couldn't afford to buy a new one. My best friend told me to check this place out and thankfully I did. Turns out it wasn't broken. It just needed to be cleaned and change the roller. The owner took the time to explain what was wrong with the vacuum cleaner instead of trying to get me to buy a new one. It was really affordable and they had my vacuum back by the next day!

I took my vacuum to these people

and they charged me $15.00 for

a diagnostic to determine why it

was not picking up. Later that

day they called me and told me

that the fan was stripped from

the motor and that was why it

was'nt picking anything up.

The cost to replace the fan

and labor was going to be

$90.85. I told them that I'd

pay the $15.00 and pick up

the vacuum the next day

which is what I did. I took

the vacuum to the Oreck

dealer on the corner of

Van Buren and Magnolia.

I told him about the diagnostic

run on it by GT Vac & Sew

and that i needed it back

quick because we were

entertaining the next day.

Jack, the owner had me

go into the back room and

he said he'd look at it now

to see if he could

accommodate my

wishes. He put it up on the

bench, removed the bottom

plate, and the roller and there

I saw the intake was clogged

up with a piece of paper and

dust and dirt. He pulled out

the wad and turned on the

vacuum. All the suction was

returned. The fan was not

stripped out and GT would

have known that if they had

in fact performed the $15.00

diagnostic I was charged for.

Jack cleaned the internal

parts, put in a new bag, put

on a new belt, all at no charge!

He has won a customer for life.

I will tell everybody I know to

avoid being ripped off by Grand

Terrace Vac & Sew on Washington

in Colton. I then purchased a bag

of bags and belts and some cleaner.

I was not special. There were two

customers ahead of me and they

received the same level of courtesy,

respect and service as I did.

I then returned to GT Vac & Sew

and showed him the wad of paper,

dust and dirt and asked him to

explain how he did a diagnostic

on my machine and missed the

pluggage and determined the fan

was broken and justify the $90.85

he wanted to charge me and to

return my $15.00. He refused,

so I told him since he wanted to

keep my $15.00 he could also

have the dust and dirt wad......all

over him,his desk and everything on it!

Avoid these people, at least get a

second opinion,they are NOT honest!

You people that think you got good

service, do you know for a fact

that you were'nt ripped off just because

they did it with a smile? BEWARE! Getting a second opinion saved me $90.85 less the $15.00 they refused to refund.
