Good work environment but not very honest about hiring. Worked as a temp. for one season and I was complimented on my work and told that I would have a good chance of being hired as an employee. Not only was I not rehired for the next season as a temp. but the agency told me that Woodford considered me to be "not eligible." No reason given. I think it was age discrimination.

Worst place to work. Get treated as though your worthless and less than human while being expected to do a $15 an hour job for minimum wage then they claim its cause of profit sharing while in reality the amount of money you get from profit sharing is a held $4 an hour everyday for a year then paid all at once taking you from 12 an hour to 8 an hour.... ITS SLAVE labor. Long hours mandated overtime 6 days a week at 10 hours per day
