western scrap has good honest hard working employees who are very helpful and they do work hard. They have gone out of their way when we ran out of gas, one employee was going on break and picked up a gallon of gas when he was on his way back from break so we could make it to the gas station. you wont find anyone like that at any other scrap place in town! They are great people with the best prices all around with good personalities and always a smile. thank you western scrap! The Grado Family

People hold onto your phone desperately because they will not help you at all in the case that you lose anything at Western scrap .. People at the front desk are considerate and most of the time very rude .There's cameras all over that place but yet they're not willing to help.. I give them the exact time that I come over the scale and exact place where I drop my phone there's a father and son team there with the kid had to be six years old.. Answer the phone why his father coached him not to say anything my phone has all the pictures of my son newborn from birth till 2 1/2 months old.. I suggest using any other scrap yard but Western all they care about is your money and paying cheap prices

Went to Western Scrap today to give a big screen TV. The guy that helped me was so nice and friendly, I wished I would have gotten his name. They made it so nice and easy for me. I was very pleased with everyone.
