The customer service was okay but the actual service for the car wash and what I paid for was terrible. I paid for the full service which included interior cleaning and vacuum and I left there and had to go and re-clean the interior of my car. They wiped down the dash and vacuumed ontop of the floor mats. Under the mats were never vacuumed. For $20.00 it was a waste of my money and will never go back and recommend you save your money and never use them.

Amazing service and super friendly staff. would absolutley recomend this car wash!!! actually all the waterworks car washes in C.S. are great never had a bad experience.*****5stars!

Where are the computer coupons?

Worst service ever! My wife is pregnant and due in 3 weeks. The "greeter" was uninformative about the service and after taking 90 minutes to do a detail they hadn't done what a normal person would expect from a detail wash that costs 40 dollars. They don't clean the tires or wheel wells?!? Unacceptable.When she asked them about this, they said, it costs 5 dollars, and could take another hour, because they would have to run it through the wash again and they're busy. WHAT?!? Grab a rag, get it wet and rub them down and clean them. 10 minutes is all it should take and is what a good customer service oriented company would do.She would have paid the $5 and been happy, but they were completely rude and unhelpful. And, they treated her like dirt, basically getting in her face...remember, she is an 8 month pregnant woman. And this was the manager, talking to her like this.Do not go here.
