I had to drop Mike as a client, after a few weeks of late payment, a bounced check, and finally when he decided not to pay me the balance due for services rendered. He still owes me money. I had a number of company's come into my home to give me estimates on my windows. They all seem to be price gouging! The Window Store gave me the most competitive price, and I would never have imagined how badly the other stores were trying to get me! The Window Store employees and contractors are extremely professional and organized and I am overjoyed with the results. This company has truly exceeded my expectations

We ordered windows form the window store on 11-4-14. It is now 2-11-15 and we still are waiting for this job to be completed. We have been mislead time and again. Some windows were not ordered, some were the wrong type and one did not fit any place in my house. I can not recommend this company to anyone. This job is over 68 days late.

The Window Store was a nice company to work with. I needed some new windows in my home and had a recommendation for this company. They helped me understand my options for price and design options for what I needed. They were very helpful. They were running late on the appointment, but called and let me know they were running a bit late.

The crew showed up a little bit ahead of schedule, introduced themselves and got busy working right away. They worked steadily until the job was completed. They were both very friendly and we enjoyed them. The windows look great. we are so happy we used The Window Store.

Johnny was very meticulous and professional. He was very tidy and went the extra mile to make certain everything was perfect. We enjoyed having him in our home. The windows are exactly what we wanted and have made the inside of our house noticeably quieter. Everything looks great.

The Alside windows we bought are really good quality for the value of our home and neighborhood. The Window Store are very professional. They are up on the window technology and informed me how they can save on my energy bill every month. The deivlery and installation time was the quickest based on all the other companies I looked at. In additiona, The customer service and communication was excellent and kept me up to date on how the process was going.

The staff were very pleasant to work with. They helped me select the new energy efficient replacement windows for my entire house. Although the manufacturer sent the wrong size window for my front room, The Window Store staff put in a temporary window and put a rush on the right size window. It only took one week and everything was taken care of. Very pleased with the customer service they gave me to make everything right.

The Window Store did an ecellent job on helping me pick out the right windows that work for my home. Not only do they look great, but I can allready tell that I am saving on my energy bill. I am happy with the installers and the installation.

Mike and his staff really took care of me on getting new vinyl windows installed. I received a great discount when I purchased 10 new windows. The whole process only took 2 weeks, and with the discounts, it was the best value. I will call them again for other home improvement projects.

I went to The Window Store to see if I could afford some new windows for my home. I wasn't sure how much windows cost, but I needed help with the cold draft in my house. Mike came out and showed me the issues and how new windows could improve my energy bill. When all was done, he put in 10 new windows. I love the product and no more cold draft coming in.

Forget the Big Box Window Stores. The Window Store is a local business. Mike, the owner actually was a consultant and taught me a few things, especially about energy efficient windows.
