In a world where ‘excellent customer service’ has almost become a thing of the past, I wanted to highlight the amazing experience I had with “The Springs Funeral Services” (TSFS). They were recommended to me by several military entities and hospice care professionals in Colorado Springs.

This family owned company went above and beyond the call of duty and provided excellent support, demonstrated amazing patience, and was profusely supportive to my family. I specifically worked with Mr. Tom Vien (Funeral Director), who is an expert at his craft, has strong bonds to multiple organizations in the community (faith-based and veteran), and is a bonafide professional!

I assisted my mother who was grieving the loss of her husband (USAF veteran). Tom proficiently coordinated the viewing (@ TSFS), funeral services (with a large local church), and burial (Ft Logan National Military Cemetery). He didn’t miss a beat. He orchestrated the newspaper/online obituary, memorial tribute table, lifetime photo/video homage, transportation, casket, flowers, food, military honors in Colorado Springs and in Denver, and SO many more details that occurred behind the scenes. He made sure we crossed every ‘t’ and dotted every ‘i’. His aptitude made this process as smooth as it could be, when family and friends are dealing with loss. Not only were his occupational capabilities on point---his demeanor and etiquette were always respectful and compassionate. I understand it takes more than one person to get the job done; so, I will add that every staff member I interacted with at The Springs Funeral Services, displayed kindness and punctual support.

I could not have asked for a better experience and graciously appreciate Mr. Vien and his team at The Springs Funeral Services for their help! Highly recommend!!!
