Provided by YP.comI bought some lamps from online really cheap and they kept going out really fast, Called these guys and they came out and checked it out and sold me a higher priced lamp but it has worked great since!!! You get what you pay for I guess.

Provided by YP.comFunny how we have to send in our own rating of ourself to try and raise the ratings on site, not one review had anything good to say. I just called for assistance and the phone rang and rang and finally went to a busy tone. A business with no voice mail is not a business and shows the ratings are correct, don't care if they get your business or not. They won't get mine...

Provided by SuperpagesAfter having our plasma TV repaired by the Sound Shop for what appeared to be a minor issue, the TV completely failed (black screen). The Sound Shop would claim no responsibility and we had to make numerous calls to even get a call back from their service department. As of today we are still waiting for a call back. We get the feeling they wish we would 'just go away'.
