Provided by YP.comArguably the best brisket in Colorado, and consistently better than the Rudy's in Greeley. Their potato salad is also the best around. We went during the Corona-Virus "social distancing" restrictions; eating messy barbecue in your car is NOT ideal, but didn't hurt the flavor a bit. Do watch out for exploding barbecue sauce packets which seem to have been packaged at a lower altitude - they're pressurized.
