Terrible customer service

I have ordered three times from Rocky Mountain. The third time I ordered and had it delivered I gave them explicit instructions for delivery location as I could not be present during delivery. I had a neighbor sign for the stone and the driver had no clue where to drop the stone. The driver ended up dropping 8 tons of stone on my epoxy finished driveway ruining it. There was no communication between the office and delivery truck. On top of that the company after I called them said they would move it then called back and said they wouldn t. Krystal called herself the owner when I asked to speak with one (I found out later she was not) snickered on the phone and blamed everything on me even after I confirmed the delivery location and they were found to be at fault. So if you want to be treated like garbage after spending a lot of money and then laughed at on the phone when they damage your property and say it s not their problem then by all means do business with Rocky Mountain Material. Great Selection

I went to Rocky Mountain Materials looking for mulch and was so delighted to see the outdoor sculptures that they carry. I fell in love with a little doe and smile whenever I see him in my back yard. Great Service and Selection to transform a year into a little oasis...thank you
