Revolution moving company

Worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. First off Andi gave a bid under $1000 for the move and I was billed $2200. I did everything the company recommended, including having a team come out the day before the move to prep everything before the move, which was supposed to help keep the cost down. In the end they left several pieces at my old address that the team couldn't fit on the truck. Had I sent them back for those pieces I would have ended up paying even more. Then they broke a leg off a dresser. Agreed to pay me $200 for replacement but I got a total runaround (check is in the mail, the check printer is broken, etc). They also put a long scratch in my new hardwood floor by dragging a piece of furniture across the floor on a moving blanket. Wouldn't reimburse me because I didn't purchase the additional insurance. Considering that I paid more than twice the original estimate I don't feel that I should have to absorb the cost of damage, particularly when the damage to my floor was the result of negligence on the part of their team (unless it is recommended practice to drag heavy furniture across the floor on moving blankets). Good thing I didn't pay for the insurance because based on how they've dealt with me I'm sure it would have been money flushed down the drain. Take my advice, don't get sucked in by their lowball estimates. Go with a professional mover like Allied. You'll pay the same amount in the end and the company will stand by their service.

Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with.

Slow to move less-than-average amount of stuff of two adults. Took 6 hours to move; double the estimated time. Didn't get the third guy I requested. They got lost on the way there after I asked them multiple times if they knew where they were going and if they needed directions. They backed the truck into my brand new house and caused hundreds of dollars in damage. My garage door would no longer close and I had to get emergency service done by the builders of my house to fix it. Driver was not insured. They also damaged my garage door and lost some of my stuff. The boss, Andi, tried to get the driver to do the repairs to my house instead of having it done by a licensed professional. Andi said he could not help me in getting my money refunded for the damages. Andi made driver handle the situation instead of dealing with it himself. Had to threaten legal action to get the damages covered. Extremely unprofessional.
