This isn't the place to go to if you can afford to pay a doctor cash. Treatment is minimal, and quite often, you can't get what you need. I've had lifelong problems with my knees. When I went to see a doctor after I injured it, I was told that they did not have an MRI; if I wanted one, I'd have to go to another doctor and pay cash. But even if I did that, they had no orthopedic department, so I'd still be without any treatment. The solution? Pain pills. Yeah, that helps for short term, but not long term. I'm looking elsewhere for something better.

I had an appt. for this morning 1-7-2014, at 8:30, and when I arrived to the center I was notified that my appt. had been canceled, the lady at the front desk Chelsey, was very rude to me, extremly rude, I recently changed plans and did not have my health plan id cards with me and she said that if I did not have my ID cards with me she could not help me, I asked her to call my plan and get the information and she said she was not going to do that, that I had to call my plan not her that was not her job. I have been your loyal customer for years this type of behavior from your staff is totally wrong and uncalled for, very unprofessional, I hope you guys will take action in this matter if not you are going to loose a lot of customers.
