SCAM ALERT! I hired PuroClean in May 2016 to inventory and photograph each item of my personal property that was ruined in a water leak in May 2015. I have begged them for the complete inventory and photographs and still to this day have not received them. They stated their employee that did the work got fired for stealing and probably discarded them. The owner Matt Ryals, shortly thereafter, knocked on my door and stated "I'm sorry we screwed up your claim, but you owe us $22,444 and if you don't pay me today, I'm filing a mechanic's lien on your house and will foreclose, and I love your house". His bill for this amount was fraudulent in every way. They billed double/triple hours for their employees, billed as if they did a huge water/mold remediation, which was done previously in May 2015, and more. I continued asking for my additional photos through emails to Matt, and his only response was that I owed them money. I cannot file my claim with State Farm due to their incompetence. Matt Ryals has tried to BLACKMAIL me into paying them for a job they did not do, and I have filed complaints with the Consumer Fraud unit and Insurance Fraud Unit with the Colorado Attorney General, and Federal Government as well as AARP's Senior fraud unit. On top of billing for many things that weren't done, they had the nerve to add on 20% profit and 20% overhead. I could have thrown these items away myself and forgotten to file a claim with State Farm since they wanted a third party to do so, and been better off. The stress of dealing with these scammers is ruining my health! BEWARE!
