I was given another persons flowers after having back surgery in the hospital. I called to explain the situation and to request my own flowers, I was treated rudely and even hung up on. After leaving the hospital and returning the flowers that I was mistakenly given I was still treated rudely and told that the Christmas orders were more important. My family member had to tell them she was going to dispute the charge before they took it seriously. I wonder if the woman with the new baby every got her flowers. POOR, POOR, POOR customer service. I will NEVER use Platte Floral again and will spread the word to everyone I know.

Ordered 2 dozed roses to be delivered for our 20th anniversary, and they were a disaster - I'm okay spending money for a great product, but when delivered, it looked like something fell on the arrangement or they fell out of the vase and were shoved back in - when we called them, there was no apology ever. This isn't the first bad experience, but it will be the last with Platte Floral...
