We work with you one-on-one for your whole session and specialize in Manual Physical Therapy. The Best!

Clarification: He seemed to know more about diagnosing and solving my musculoskeletal problems than all of my past therapists combined.

The Best!

I've had chronic TMJ, neck, shoulder, and back muscle dysfunction/pain for 16 years. I have been to multiple physical therapists, doctors, chiropractors and massage therapists during that time. I have never had a physical therapist as thorough and knowledgeable in diagnosing my problems, and as patient and caring as John. I would guess he knows more than all of my past therapists combined and because of his continuing education and passion for patients, he pulls from a broad array of old and new effective therapies. After only a few visits, I've been experiencing positive changes and decreased pain. He did a fantastic job of choosing beneficial exercises and stretching for my condition. I recommend him highly!

The very best!

I started seeing Melinda at Peak Performance a year ago for an ankle injury. She diagnosed a tear in one of the ligaments. At the time, after an MRI showed significant inflammation and signs of trauma, 3 doctors would not perform surgery. After 4 months, Melinda got me back to walking 1.5 miles a day, but something still wasn't right with the ankle. The ankle was "crunchy" going up stairs. She was convinced there was a significant tear and I needed surgery. My doc kept suggesting "more PT". Two months later I reinjured the ankle by simply squatting to do some gardening. So I saw 3 new doctors! Finally, 2 of them suggested surgery. I had surgery and the doc said the ligament was so stringy that the ankle joint was almost dislocated. For a year, Melinda knew the ankle was severly injured, and all the high-paid DPM's just pooh-poohed it and kept suggesting shots, drugs, and more PT. Melinda is the best for diagnosis, and if anyone can she can, get you back on track.
