Paramount is a great company that goes out of their way to take care of you from start to finish. Products looks great and, their installers are friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to cover the whole house which most companys don't do. They offer free estimates and a great referral program that can give up to 500 dollars. I very much recommend them.

Working with Brandon and Paramount Windows and Siding was a very positive experience. Brandon was always punctual with any appointments or phone calls and office staff was great about keeping us informed of timelines, etc. for our project. The work was completed just as planned for and promised. We were very satisfied with everyone involved.

Thanks Brandon and everybody at Paramount Siding and windows for getting my windows in before winter. We can aleady tell the difference they make. I will be calling back for my siding when it needs to be done.

Ii had my windows done for the winter weather coming and this company did a fantastic job, i will be going through them to do siding and gutters once the weather warms back up. call them!

I really love Paramount Siding & Windows. I'd much rather give my money to a small business like Paramount than to a large corporate company. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My windows look amazing! I have already noticed the difference in my home temperature. Thanks Paramount!

Paramount replaced 7 of my windows after the hail storm here in Windsor. They came out and gave me a quote, didn't try to oversell me as their competitor did, and worked around my time schedule. They showed up when promised to do the installation, cleaned up afterwards, and left me with beautiful new windows. I would definitely recommend Paramount. Excellent customer service!

Excellent quality of windows. The crew was very polite and courteous, and was able to get all 6 windows installed in one day. The price was fair and reasonable.

Please do not use this company. The owner just got done standing my wife up (9/10/14) on a scheduled appointment to review his workers shoddy workmanship. His employee, Karen, called my wife 5 minutes before they were supposed to meet telling her he was in Denver and would not be able to make it. Karen lied to both my wife and I at least 4 times during the course of our business with them. Typically she would tell us they had ordered our windows and they would be installed the next week. This went on for 3 months, all for just 3 windows. The company took our money in April and the windows were installed at the end of July. My daughter cut her bare foot on glass the workers broke during replacement and were supposed to have cleaned up. We found numerous glass shards we had to clean up around all the replaced windows. One window had trim around it and after removal and installation the workers didn't replace it. This window had gaps of approx. 1 inch where the trim was supposed to go that the workers did not even caulk. After discussing with the owner all we were fed were excuses and he asked when we were going to pay our balance. I would never, under any circumstances, use them again.

My husband asked me to call in to different places to get quotes for replacing leaking windows in our home. Paramount was one of the calls that I made. I remember when I had first called in, Katherine answered the phone and was such a nice girl to speak to. She helped me set an appointment with the owner of Paramount- Brandon, to come out and meet with myself and my husband. When Brandon came he was pleasant and personable, which I found to be a relief. I can't stand feeling pressured to buy something from high pressure sales people, especially when the decision is so important. Brandon asked some questions and was able to pin point exactly what we were looking for. (i.e. style, colors, and price) We didn't sign a contract right away but when Brandon left we knew that Paramount was in the lead for our business. A couple days later Katherine from the office gave us a call back to see if there was anything else we needed. We asked if Brandon would come out to our home again to answer a few small questions and then potentially sign a contract. He came out that weekend and we did in fact sign to do business with Paramount, and I'll tell you what... I am so glad that we did!The next week we received a call from another girl at the office, Karen. She introduced herself as the "Production Manager" and said that she would guide us through the process of getting our new windows installed from start to finish. The next step was to get our windows measured. A guy came out a couple days later and measured our windows and said he would send the measurements to the office and they would be ordered, I think his name was John. (not 100% sure on that)Karen then gave us another call and let us know when they expected our windows to arrive to their warehouse. I think the time frame was 2-3 weeks or so. When the windows came in she called us to set up a time to have them installed. Paramount worked around our hectic schedule and made it happen a week later. The installation crew was professional and all of our windows were installed in a day. WOW! I thought it would be longer than that!Our new windows look so beautiful in our home. As we are reaching autumn time in Colorado, I cannot wait to sit next to our large bay window in the front of our home and read with my daughter. What a wonderful experience this was. Thank you Paramount and everyone involved, with helping make our house more of a home!

When she tells you it will be 3 weeks until installation what she really means is 3 months. We had 3 windows installed. The company took our money in April and the windows were installed at the end of July.
