Window replacements

I have tried to contact Kris Rivers since May of 2019. He will not return your calls. When he installed my windows and Patio Door he told me that there is a lifetime warranty on the windows, frames and hardware. Well I have two windows that need to be replaced. Once I was able to talk to him on the phone and he said he would have to check with the shop to see if they were in and that he would call me the next day. Well needless to say he never called back and it is now November 16, 2019. I surely will not refer any business to him and I advise anyone that wants their windows replaced not to call Nu-House Windows and never see him again if you have problems
