A great Noodles restaurant and place to dine. Over 30 times at the Nevada location I've never been disappointed with the food or service! The Manager there in aftenoon and evening hours, Ms. Katie Brown, has been especailly kind to our family when dining there. Kudos Ms Brown. Keep up the great work and customer service!

Today I went to Noodles and ordered their Japanese noodles with broccoli and carrots and mushrooms. I would rate it as poor. It was about 95% noodles if not more. The broccoli was in pieces about 1/4 inch. Just a few of them along with a few little pieces of carrots. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner.

Noodles is the best! I've literally eaten the mac and cheese probably over 50 times and have never had a problem with food poisoning. It was probably the milk that made that other guy sick. I eat here all the time, and with all of the variety I never get tired of it. Pasta Fresca is my favorite.

Last night I bought a bowl of Mac and Cheese at this store. I ate it and became violently ill with food poisoning. I think that the there was a problem with the milk. It didn't look fresh when I opened it. And I shouldn't have eaten it. I called the store today, the girl who answered said she would tell the manager but didn't take my name or phone number. So I gather they don't care but I thought other people should know. The girl who answered said that food poisoning happens with dishes with protein, but she hadn't heard of it with mac and cheese.
