Horrible and rude. I waited 8 weeks for an appointment and when I took my car in they said they were too busy and had to reschedule. When I said I had been waiting over 8 weeks and the person at the front desk screamed at me the they had someone with a heart attack. I sympathize but there was no need to scream at me and they certainly could have called me rather than have me drive 35 miles one way to find out they didn't have time for me. When I made the appointment I was only the 3rd one on their calendar for that day so I guess that everyone else is more important than the person who had been waiting so long.

Aaron and staff are as straight shooters as you will find! Great shop, great people! I highly recommend Nob Hill Body Shop, you won't be disappointed. If you have had some misfortune with your ride, let Aaron and staff ease your pain, and restore your ride, as good as new!

Afraid to admit it- but almost everyone in my family has had their vehicle seen by Aaron�s shop at Knob Hill. Seriously. From small fender benders, insurance claims, hail damage, or ... when my brother cartwheeled his truck off Wolf Creek Pass... Aaron�s shop never hesitated. Always handled each insurance company without issue. I don�t even know any other shops... just always say, �welp- send it to Aaron!� No regrets.

I was dreading putting my car in the shop after I got hit in a parking lot. I went to Nob Hill because my son told me they would do a good job and my car would look just fine when they were finished with it. He was right - my car looks better than before I got hit and they got it finished 2 days before I was expecting it to be done!!They dealt with the other persons insurance company for me, too.
