I talked with several other shippers including the big name stores and after talking with Dennis and seeing his perfect BBB record, I chose him to move my things to Albuquerque. I just thought he was very professional and understood my special needs better than the others. He was very responsive in getting them picked up, packed and expedited to me. What's more, his expedited price was cheaper than the others. He offered me an even lower price but it would have taken 2 days longer. I was very worried about losing some of things enroute but he goes the extra step of labeling everything and covering with a black wrap for additional security. Needless to say, it arrived just as he said it would and perfectly intact.

From the time I came in the door and was cheerifully greeted, I knew this place wasn't a UPS or Kinkos store. When I told the owner about shipping my prized furniture and art work, he confidently went about telling me how he would pick it up, pack and ship it to Canada. Believe me, when it arrived in Canada, I have never seen such a complete job of packing and everything was just as we sent it.
