As a woman, it's important to me that the instructors are approachable and understanding about some things when it comes to self defense and they definitely are at this school. I love going to class and the women's self defense class is such a great stepping stone to work into getting into Krav Maga. I would recommend the classes here to anyone and everyone and I do every chance I get.

This school is great! The instructors are masters of their system and very knowledgeable in regards to incorporating other systems and surviving situations
