I was sent the wrong part (not even close to what I had ordered) and when I called customer service to tell them that I was not going to spend $10.31 they wanted to charge me for privilege of returning the thing that I did not order, I was told that, as it turns out “we actually no longer carry the original part you ordered”. Well, why was I sent anything at all then? Why is it listed as available on their web site - still! Does no one check the order before it leaves? Do they just pull some random part off the shelf and mail it to you when the thing you order is not in stock? The answer from customer service – “Gee, sorry about that”. They claim to have an “Easy Return Policy” – IT IS NOT. Still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed, I will NOT order from Monster Scooter Parts again, I recommend you look somewhere else also, somewhere that has some form of quality and inventory control in place. Unacceptable.

I was having trouble finding the correct charger for my battery on my Hoverround mobility scooter. Called their customer service and they found it for me right away, and it shipped today. I'd recommend them for sure!

This company is great. As a disabled veteran who served in Iraq and Kuwait, my scooter is very important to me. My scooter is older so I frequently have to replace parts. Thank God for Monster Scooter Parts! I've been using them for 7+ years and when I call them, they treat me like family. Only once have I had to return a part (not their fault) and it was immediately taken care of. I wish all companies treated their customers like Monster Scooter Parts. A+! You can't go wrong with them!

My battery charger shipment for my Jazzy power chair was damaged in shipping. I called Monster Scooter Parts and they overnighted me a replacement at no additional charge to get me going before the weekend. I think their service was exceptional in this manner.

my package was lost by usps. monster scooter parts could have cared less. I called several times and left numerous messages before they called me to say too bad.
