My husband and I will not be coming back to this restaurant after two very unpleasant experiences. The first one was a few weeks ago when we came in to eat around 3 pm. There was not a single server or bartender working, only one manager. He was very slow and became quickly overwhelmed when several other customers arrived. Our service was terrible and our food took at least 30 minutes to arrive. It had obviously been sitting under the heating lamp for a long time because the sour cream was melted and our guacamole was warm and starting to turn brown. We were pretty disappointed, but decided to give it another chance. The worst experience happened this Tuesday evening around 4:45 pm. We went in, hoping to have a nice dinner together. It was definitely not a busy night, yet it took over 5 minutes before we were greeted. Our server was EXTREMELY rude! He didn't even introduce himself or write down our order and then that jerk had the nerve to roll his eyes at us! We were shocked. He didn't bring us our drinks or even come back over to the table. There were other customers who arrived after us who received their food before we even got our appetizer. We had to leave. We just couldn't justify spending our money at that establishment. It is obviously poorly managed, and is in serious need of improvement before it goes under.
