To whom it may concern, I want to say thank you to the women and men at the store on Academy in Colorado Springs. On Friday I came into your store and looked around at the portable air conditioners. I brought my pad with me to locate several items that I was in need of. Unable to find what I needed I took my purse and left the store to return home. As I arrived at my home I realized. I had left my IPad in the basket. I returned and everyone was so concerned and tried to be so helpful. They made me feel so much better. My memory is not what it should be so I need my iPad for every little move. I sing for seniors and all my music is in it. We decided to leave and left my phone number with one of the gentlemen assisting me. As we were about to leave the store one of your employees held it up and was so happy to find it for me. I forgot to hug her... Please tell all of them that my prayers were answered through all their kindnesses.. Thank you. Anna Peptis

Lowes Home Improvement is good hardware store, better than a lot of companies, much better than the home depot on their pricing, products and customer service too!
