Welcome to Ladybug! We opened our store in June of 2002 in beautiful Colorado Springs and have continued to grow and now have a staff of 12 who enjoy quilting and helping others. In 2007, we relocated our store to 955 E Fillmore St in the old north end of Colorado Springs. Thanks to our wonderful local and web customers, LAdybug is a home away from home and a fun, friendly place to let your quilting imagination grow. We hope we have an opportunity to meet you if your travels bring you our way.

Bought a new machine which in my opinion did not run as it should. I spent a lot of money and wanted a machine that ran well. I went to another store and tried the same machine there and it ran fine (unlike mine). Although the owners felt my issue was minor, to me it wasn't. I spent $3K on this machine and to me, that's a lot of money. I finally insisted they try to find what was wrong with it. I did get my machine back and the problem is somewhat better. I will NOT return to this store for any reason. Any future service will be done by a more reliable store. Was told that they spent a lot of time on an issue they felt was insignificant. Also, when I purchased this new machine it was to come with a free item (said so in their ads). Was told they didn't have the free item- that it needed to be ordered. When I came back for my new owner's training 3 weeks later, they still didn't have it so gave me their floor model - which was what I asked for when I brought my machine home originally but they did not want to accommodate me. Then, at my new owner's session .... I was constantly told to "read the manual" to discover what my machine could do. The person giving the new owner's session had nothing planned for me and it appeared she didn't have much of a clue what this machine could do! I have no idea why I was told to come in for that new owner's session if all they suggested was to read the manual. I was shown a few interesting things this machine could so but was very disappointed in the treatment I received. I should add their staff was very personable and polite - I give their staff 5 stars, but NOT the owners.

I had a bad experience with this shop from the get go. I signed up for a block of the month. The first month I rec'd a fabric pack which called for a template " B " set. I rec'd a " C " instead. I sent an e mail, they replied they were out of "B" sets, would send when they got more in. I rec'd 3 or 4 more monthly packs and another " C " template. I sent e mail, no reply, sent another and was told they'd " look into it.," Nothing. Then I got a message that my credit card declined, A store I shopped at had their syst, hacked into so my bank cancelled all cards that had been used there and reissued. I e mailed, reminding them of the problem and would not give then my new card no. until it was straightend out. I got another e mail asking for my new card no. Never did a thing to straighten out the situation. I told them I was done with them, cancel my BOM membership.

They never replied, no apology, no attempt to correct. I'm giving one star because there's nothing lower.
