So this is the worst doctors office ever. I scheduled an appointment then they changed it on my twice. Then when I missed my daughters appointment they won't reschedule her appointmentment. it's bs cause it was ok for they doctor to miss my daughters appoitment twice and still wanna take my money. but now that I miss one its all over. No star deserved had to put one to even post

Terrible!

Dr Buell did not even address the main issue we came in for. Told us she's sorry my child has a cold. Said to come back some other time to discuss the chronic health issue we came in for. It was going to take "at least 15 minutes" to talk about that so I need to schedule another appointment. WHAT??!! That's the main reason I took off work to bring my child in. Will NOT go back. Hoping to find a decent doctor in the Springs.

Shady Billing Practices

I recently moved to the downtown area and decided to move my childcare to a closer pediatrics office. Not only is the office disgusting, but the practice billed me thirty dollars for a piece of paper they had me fill out. It showed up on my insurance statement as mental health. I would not have minded had they informed me this was an additional service to the sports physical I had scheduled, but they did not and it was non-chalently added to my "paperwork." Back to how disgusting the office is. The waiting room is a tiny waiting area where you are surrounded by sick kids. At one point I noticed a dirty kleenex on the floors. Take my advice this practice is gross. If your child is not sick do not go there for routine check-ups otherwise your child will be by the time you leave. I will say the doctor my child was seen by was very nice.

Red Flag!!!!

Very disappointed with this office. We had been going there for a couple of years and our assigned doctor was rarely available, but typically only needed routine checkups and shots. Then I noticed that one of our kid's spine had started to curve - quite obvious. I had noticed this a while back, but it started to get worse over the last few months. I made an appointment. My husband missed that appointment -NOTE: It was the first one we ever missed - over several years!!!! When he called to apologize and reschedule he was very rudely informed that none of our kids would be welcome there any longer.Well - It ended up being a blessing in disguise, because we were just about to find out how sloppy this office really was... (and I’m not talking about the 5 (!!!) day waiting periods for a new prescription) We changed doctors - to a really great one, actually! Our new doctor not only diagnosed the scoliosis that Kids are Great had missed during their checkups, but also found a heart murmur and sent us to a pediatric cardiologist. The cardiologist found a - large- hole (ASD) in and a defective valve in my child's heart..He actually could not understand how Kids Are Great had missed this over the last couple of years, …………….because the hole is so large that she needs open heat surgery!Substandard medial service, rude staff, - I'm looking into filing a complaint with the medial board

We visit Julie Brown CNP and Dr. Robert Sayers for our three Autistic children. We love them both; truly caring doctors and the staff is great, with just 2 exceptions that no longer work there. They have been awesome with our kids and after having been through so many pediatricians who told me I was paranoid and that my children were not Autistic, I know God sent us to them. Very disrespectful nursing staff, poor management and no respect for patient privacy at all!!!!!

The Mangier is never there to hear my complaints every time I call, the nursing staff here has no for respect for patient privacy at all! I called the office to tell them that I was running late Larissa answered the phone and said she would let the front know. I got there no more than 10 minutes late and they had no showed me, then confused me with another patient and told me that the next time I had a no show that it would cost me a $60 no show fee. I don’t know what happened to Joni who is usually there, but the new younger blond lady is very arrogant and snide. It took them a half hour to room my daughter and I after I was having a problem with the check in pad at the front. When they finally did take me back to the room it had a nasty odor to it, the trash can was full the paper was used, there were shot needles on the table still and something was dripping from it onto the floor. The nurse that took us back was nice enough to clean the room up and checked my daughter’s vitals. After Dr. Kouri was done with my Daughter’s exam it took more than 20 min for her to get her shots! Instead of the sweet girl who roomed us to begin with we got Tiara. When I took my child to get a toy after her shots our nurse Tiara and 2 other members of the nursing staff were talking about how bad my daughter’s body odor was and laughing about it when we walked in, it quickly went quiet when I asked about the toy. The only pleasant part of my visit was Dr Kouri, and our first nurse. Dr. Kouri was recommended to me by my childhood friend who he took care of her mom, her, and now her kid’s I like him a lot but after the few visits I’ve had here I won’t be returning, I’m taking my business elsewhere unless they get all new nursing and management staff!

Office stuff is definitely rude and disrespectful.

We were looking for the doctor, because we just moved. Couldn't make it for the first time appointment, called and were informed in a very rude voice that it would be a $60 no show charge, couldn't reschedule for another day. Not going back there ever again.

horrible!!!!

I transferred my kids there when I found out Dr kouri was back because he was my pediatrician and everyone in my familys. I love him as a Dr but the office is horrible they don't send referrals or authorizations when they are needed and the office staff is rude! They didn't inform me until we were there that we could no longer see Dr kouri because we have insurance and and switched us to another Dr without asking first, and that Dr missed a birth defect my 5 week old had at the time that could have been fixed if caught early. It was such a horrible experience there. We are now back at Dublin primary and love it my son had the surgery he needed because they caught the defect and he is now healthy and happy. I wouldn't recommend kids r great to anyone. I love Dr kouri and wish he was in a better practice.

Higly Recommend

My children were patients here for years and I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and accomodating and take time to get to know your children. I have a son with a disability who was cared for by Dr. Sayers. It takes a while to get an appointment with him but it is so worth the wait. He takes his time and does the most thorough exam. We moved to Texas over a year ago and have had a hard time finding a comparable doctor. I highly recommend this practice!
