He was never my attention thank god, but my ex employer cancelled my last paycheck and I already cashed it before I found out. He is the attached of the check cashing store and had me served with papers (fake papers) which would have been legal in court if I was to sign them. My husband and I did our research and learned that all was false and what he did was illegal. He can go after my ex employer because he won't get a penny from me. If you get a judgment against you from this attorney do not sign the papers he makes them up and the only way they are legal in the laws eyes are if you sign and so does a notary. I guess he thinks I'm stupid, surprise to him.

These guys have either an extreme lack of communication between each other or they are flat out liars.



I had a check that bounced which I take full responsibility for. They filed a lawsuit for about 5 times the amount of the check. Shady but fine I accept that. I called and made payment arrangements to prevent the lawsuit. The total amount that I would have to pay was about $350 over two months. And the case would not be taken to court to avoid the judgment on my credit. They took it to court anyway and racked up the bill to over $800 for "legal fees". I have no choice but to pay them. But i would suggest staying away from these snakes to avoid you company being associated with lying crooks.
