Robb Rogers Jun 21 Charles - any ETA on estimate and mirrors getting installed?!? I assume you got my list I forwarded last Monday. Was shooting for last Monday. Then Dave mentioned today but needed me to agree to an estimate. RobbSent it twice – once from phone – once from computer. Robb Rogers FINALLY got this on 6/26. After 12 DAYS!! Robb, My apologies for the disconnect and delay in providing for you this proposal. Regrettably I am unable to provide cost for the work you wish performed based upon the information acquired. I wish not to provide a detailed explanation as I would expect to only further your frustration; likely its best explained by saying we are not structured to provide services without a detailed job scope in that we haven’t the ability to provide pricing for work that will be decided at the time it is being performed. You had indicated the need to cut down some of the mirrors due to electrical cutouts. In an effort to mend our relationship; should you be willing and have the ability to deliver these mirrors to our shop I will personally cut and seam the edge work for you at low to no cost. I can also offer you pricing for Materials required to install your project and general instructions as to how to perform. (TRUNCATED EMAIL) My Response based on what I told AMY on the phone (she called at 4:50 and left message – I returned call at 456 and NO ANSWER. Check the phone records.Charles - If you can do this tomorrow (WED - 6/27) in the late morning or afternoon - come and do it. IF not, I will go elsewhere. Dave led me to believe I could get the mirrors cut on site. NEVER was bringing them down to the shop mentioned. I will be on site at 5470 Powers Center Point Suite 170 from about 1030 am on. IF you are able to get someone out between then and 3 . . . get it done. I immediately called back to AMY after the voice mail at 4:56 and NO ONE answered. Hope you can get it organized to get it done tomorrow as I told AMY that tomorrow is the drop dead date for KC Glass. AND – The Piece De Resistance – Below today – 6/27!!!! Robb, We will have to pass on the installation of your Wall Mirrors, simply unable to perform as you require. MY Response – and I mean it !!!!Great service. I will do all I can to spread the word. If I can ever be of help - I would love the chance to string you along and leave you hanging. Just some feed back for Ken Caryl – if he exists and IF this gets forwarded and IF any one cares . . . .

I agree with the above reviews. We have used Ken Caryl glass twice now - with each visit being over a year apart. The same friendly people were still there and gave us wonderful service. They told us how much and when it would be ready - and they did what they said they would do. As a business owner I really appreciate getting the same customer service that I give to my own customers.

Ken Caryl Glass is very prompt and focused on their customers specific needs. I own a small cleaning & maintenance company and placed an order for custom cut specialty glass to repair a jewelry case at another glass company in the city and the sales rep confirmed that the the glass would be ready in 3 days I arrived at the shop to make payment and provide measurements and was told the glass would not be ready for 9 days. My client wanted to know when I could get the glass installed prior to approving the repair and when I called them back and told them the Glass supplier was giving me the run around they asked me try to find it somewere else. I called Ken Caryl Glass and Charles offered to have it ready that day on a Friday afternoon!I completed job ahead of schedule and client was very pleased. Thank You

Very Knowledgeable Staff with Attention to Detail...The first thing you'll notice is the differance in phone manners and knowledge of product. Then an on time arrival to discuss and measure (with actual glass and hardware samples). This company has it togather! We had a very complicated frameless shower installed and it's perfect. Well placed staff.

I called 3 places to request a quote on having a piece of glass cut and Ken Caryl Glass was the most reasonable in price and just as important the most pleasant. Very helpful on the phone, explained what was involved and how long I could expect my order to take. They completed my job on time. I needed to call for directions as I was not familar with the area of their business location and the directions were offered kindly and very easy to follow. When I walked in the door I was addressed by name. My paperwork and glass was ready to go. Staff carried my order out and placed it in my car. I definitely will call Ken Caryl Glass again when the need arises. Thanks Ken Caryl staff!!! Karen
