Phenomenal service!! I have been shoooping around for a certain peice of jewerly for a birthday present for my 17 year old daughter and saw the reviews for this store and was pretty nervous. Needless to say, the service was outstanding. I was served by Brady Daye, and he went above and beyond to help me choose the right gift, even gift wrapping the box for me. Plus having 2 small children with me, he was very patient and courteous, even opening the door for me since I had my stroller with me. Thanks again for making my experience so pleasant.

I have never felt so disrepected. I walked into jared by myself, my boyfriend, whom is deplyed, asked me to go find some engagement rings. I walked in on saturday afternoon, it was fairly busy, so I found the case with the engagment rings. I was looking, and about 15 minutes have past and I over heard the lady finishing up with the couple right next to me. So i was respectfully waiting for them to finish, looked th lady in the eyes, she smiled, saw me looking at rings, but continued to look around for someone to help. A man walks up no more than 30 to 60 seconds after she had finished up with that couple,and tells her to "go help that other couple" while he nods in the couples direction. I was thinking okay thats cool maybe this male salesman will be helping me. Hell NO! The guy looks at me says Hi and continues to walk back to his office!! I could not believe, what happened. After reliezing, that he had no intenttions on helping me or having someone else help me! I looked around like hello, is someone going to help me? No one was in sight. I stormed out of that place with NO intenttions on returning! I just could not believe what happened in that store. A sale is a sale and ecspecially engagement rings, why wouldnt you want my buisness? It felt like a big smack in the face.
