I was treated dishonestly and disrespectfully by the two women at the front desk. I had given them my insurance information weeks in advance and again with a phone call the week prior. When I'd made transportation arrangements and presented myself for appt., the receptionists alleged I would owe a fairly significant co-pay. I did not, as I confirmed with my insurance company prior and again at appt. time. The desk persons alleged it would take them a long time to contact my insurance company, and I could wait or not. One of them alleged I had changed insurance plans. I had not and again as confirmed to me by my insurance company. The staff desk either was grossly incompetent or simply unethical.
