Customer gets awesome service (as per customer) :-)

If your looking for an optical store...this is it! The customer service is very personable, never in a rush, feels like home... thank you for really taking time and allowing your patients to feel human and not just a number in a production line lol! The Dr. is a kind person and has great eye contact with you. No pun intended...She explains your exam clearly. Dave has great customer service skills, and experience in his work. GREAT Service!

In-Sight Optical in downtown Colorado Springs had exceptional customer service today. Moe (sp?) was very friendly on the phone, told me to come right in, and she did an adjustment and repair on my sunglasses with a smile. Thank you!
