Home Heating and Service is great. Called in the morning about our AC that stopped working and they sent a technician out the same day. The technician that came, Brady was professional, friendly, communicated very well and was able to evaluate the AC and repair it quickly. I'm very thankful for his help at getting our AC back up and running so quickly considering how hot it has been lately.

My hot water tank decided to go out around 8 pm and I didn't realize it until midnight. Early the next morning I made a call to Home Heating and they sent a tech out right away to give me an estimate on a new hot water tank. Within 4 hours I had an estimate and a new hot water heater. I am so grateful for the quick service. I feel confident in the advice and recommendations they gave for replacement.

Geoff arrived on time and the heat was back on in less than an hour!!! Highly recommend this company.

Not only was the worker fantastic, Nathan fixed the heater within an hour of the first visit. When I was told this company was the best, they did not disappoint.

Justin was very professional on our annual furnace check. He explained all the tests that they do to make sure the unit is operating as needed. He gave us the confidence we needed that Home Heating is a firm to trust our service work to.

We have been using Home Heating Service since 2001 & wouldn’t use anyone else. In the past they have installed a furnace and A/C system & additionally a water heater. They have serviced our systems through the years.
Recently we decided to upgrade our furnace to a more efficient furnace. Their sales consultant, Scott B., provided the pros/cons of each furnace option. His thorough, no high-pressure presentation helped us pick the best option for us.
Dan B. & his team were right on time. The team was professional, courteous & took the time to explain the operation of the furnace & attached humidifier. Protective covering was placed on our stairs during the installation of the new furnace.
Our sales consultant, Scott B. stopped by during the installation to see how things were going. Additionally, John D., Home Heating Service’s install manager came by to check on the installation progress.
Everything went so smoothly. We felt that Home Heating Service team had our best interests & went above & beyond to provide an excellent product with outstanding installation & service.

I called in today and asked about having a furnace vent replaced. The girl on the phone (Brook) was unfriendly and told me they weren't interested and that they were booked out for the next two weeks. When I told her I could wait, she still said they aren't interested. I asked her if she wanted to double check with someone before she turned the work down and she HUNG UP ON ME!! I called back to get her name and ask "did you really just hang up on me'?" She was nasty and said yes she sure did. I told her I would be calling back to talk to her boss and her reply was "go right ahead." I called back a few minutes later and caught a man who said he was the dispatch manager, He immediately defended her before he even heard how the call went and was insincere and unapologetic. I am a native of the Springs and was shocked about how I was treated. I will tell everyone I know about my experience and as a local contractor I speak with a lot of people. I read a google review and another viewer commented that they were hung up on. I laughed at the owners reply that they would never intentionally hang up on anyone…Really? Well it happened to me, so I have no reason to doubt it’s happened before…I hope the owner reads this so he knows what his receptionist is doing to his business. BTW. I needed one vent replaced within a few weeks and 196 replaced by the end of August (one property)… That’s about $20,000-$30,000 dollars worth of work. Owner if you read this, call me if you want at seven one nine two zero three – six two five two.
