Marlene Bizub of Higher Ground Counseling does not have a license and is currently under suspension as a CFI even though she continues to promote herself in court as a credible expert. Very biased towards the poor.

Did an awesome job working out a parenting plan through a very difficult divorce. Always had the children's best interest in mind and clearly communicated advice to both parents. Continued to be a great source of advice after the court issues were resolved.

Marlene was my parental evaluator and was such a comfort during an extremely stressful time. She made sure to advise what would be best for my kids! I have and will continue to suggest her name to anyone in need of her services.
