Herff Jones has given me so much trouble. They have made my senior year more expensive and a pain. I would go with Walmart before them. They took three months to give me my ring that was paid in full, which was sized wrong. I only could only wear it for two months of my senior year and on top of that, they lie when they say you get one free ring replacement, it actually costs $100.00.
They never answer their phones or get back to emails. They simply do not care about you, only your money. I could have paid half the price somewhere else and received my product in a more timely fashion. My invitations were way over priced for how simple they were and they were all bent up. I received my cap and gown package,( which was only ten days before I graduate, that way you can't fix their mistakes) without the tassel I paid for. I have waited so long to get everything messed up. I promise it is worth it to go somewhere else. - student graduating 2012, most likely without a tassel.
Please don't make the same mistake I did. Your senior year is a big thing, you already have so much to worry about and you shouldn't have to worry about bent up invitations or not having a tassel ten days before you graduate. They lie when they say they're going to make it easier for you they have made me stressed beyond return.
