Provided by YPmobileI went here looking for something to sculpt me for competition and a really cute guy named Allen helped me and told me what to take and then a girl named jessica tried telling me what to take. I went with the Super HD, CLK, and an ultra mega like Allen showed me and it worked amazing! Jessica tried having me go with just "muscle milk" when I know that's only for gaining.
