Pedicure itself was nice but the customer service was awful.. Was enjoying the pedicure and massage chair when one if the other employees or i guess owner started yelling at me for changing settings on the chair saying it cost her $1000 and asking me if i was going to pay for it if it broke...when tried explaining that it had just turned off and i was trying to get it back on setting i had it on i was told could not change settings.... No where is it stated not to change settings and they could have asked nicely....will not be returning!

This place is horrible. I went in today to get a fill. N I had the worst costumer service. The women had an attitude. She was smacking my hands n telling me my hands were heavy, n I move around when I was still as possible. I can see if she was having a bad day, but there was no need for unprofessional costumer service. I had enough of her yanking n slapping my hands, n told her excuse me miss, do you have a problem, what's wrong you don't want to do nails today, n she said you move around too much, I said I'm still as possible n ur smacking my hands n yanking like crazy. I was like wtf. She said f*** I don't want to do your nail. You like f***** punch me. When she said that I was flabbergasted. So, she stood up n walked around the table n I walked up to her n said what? Are you serious, how would you feel if I smacked ur hands like that, (as I demonstrate on her how she did my hands), n she was like I never.. anyways long story short! It's a mess. Even the police, yes the police came, because they lied n said we ran off with our nails, done. Lol so we had to turn around n go back n show the other officer my nail wasnt done officer saw hands, nails, n said what was she doing? The officer even said it was horrible. Oh my daughter's nails wasn't even finished or even painted lol n they charged for it! But it's cool, because I'm gonna dispute it!!!
