I purchased a monthly package from them. I was unaware of the fact it was going to be a reoccurring charge. I called after I saw the withdrawal on my account and was told that I had used the wash after the month period. I used the wash 4 days before my month. I canceled, and requested my money back. The so called manager argued with me about the time. Finally after he put it in the computer it gave me prorated money back. I canceled my account because the car wash is terrible. The first 3 times I went there I had to run it through 2 times and it was still dirty. After I ran it through then I was told the vacuums were not working. Every time I went back required at least 2 washes and something was always broke. I feel sorry for some of the employees that have to work at such a craphole

the cashier makes a wicked latte ! I t thought my express wash was great and looked super clean and was fast !

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! One of the employees stole my wife’s Iphone that she accidentally left on the front seat when she was getting our baby out of the car so that she could pay for the wash. She was on the phone with me via bluetooth when she pulled into the car wash. She ran back out a minute later and her phone was GONE and TURNED OFF. The Manager was a jerk and only said that they didn't take anything and they weren't responsible. We filed a police report and I left my info for the owner. To date, he has dodged the whole situation and hasn't returned my call. We just had to buy her a new phone which means that a $20 car wash cost us $600.. How low do you have to be to steal from a young mom with her infant?

We have been to this carwash so many times I can't even count. There were a couple times when he went and got minor damage to our 2012 Wrangler Rubicon (our antenna was bent, which is common in car washes like this and our license plate holder was torn off of the the Jeep). Sunday, April 28, 2013 at about 1045 in the morning my husband, me and our kids (1&3) went through the Finishline carwash and we were rear-ended by the vehicle behind us. I wasn't sure what happened because I felt a jolt but didn't imagine it was a car behind us until my husband said we got hit. We exited the car wash and parked to the side by the vacuums. The car behind us met us at the exit and said she did not have her foot on the break and her car was in neutral. It turns out both of us are regulars at the car wash! We filed a vehicle damage report with one of the workers. Today, the day after the accident happened, we were told that the owner would be in and would be calling us. Considering this SEEMED to us to be a high-priority matter, we thought we would be contacted this morning but never were. I ended up calling the car wash and the woman on the other side was rude and didn't seem to care or take any responsibility for what happened. Later on the owner called my husband and also took no responsibility for what happened inside of their car wash. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone unless you want your vehicle damaged or to be rear-ended. If you choose to go to this carwash, know that you are responsible for any damage and don't expect the owners or management to care about any problems that you may have, even if it was caused by their equipment.

I took my car in for a wash inside and outside. This location caused damage to my vehicle. So my $24.95 car wash is now going to cost me another $200. When the owner, David, came out to look at the damage, he informed me that they didn't do it, and the "customer isn't always right." I find that the customer service represented by the owner of the business falls far short of the business I will chose to deal with. David, with that type of attitude you will not get my business or my familiies and friend's business. Wake up and smell the roses !!!!
