No very friendly. Even the general DDS in town don't like to refer to them.

My experience with this office was wonderful. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times and they were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with each time. The surgery I had involved an old tooth that had a root canal done in the early 70's. The root tip had fractured and was leaking causing inflammation of the gum. I am always apprehensive letting anyone put their hands in my mouth. Based on the location of the tooth, it didn't appear I would be able to have nitrous oxide to help calm me. However, Dr. Kennedy worked around this issue and accommodated my need. He and his assistant had incredible bed side manners. I was called the next day and was even given Dr. Kennedy's home number in case I needed to reach him. The healing process was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing special dental services. The entire staff are so cordial...and although I hope to never have to use them again in the future...I would in a heartbeat if the need arose.
