Duraclean came out to my house after a pipe froze and burst. I'm glad my insurance covered it, because after 2 days of being at my wife's parents, we came back to a mess and it covered the main floor and into the downstairs and crawlspace. After the plumber stopped the leak and went through the system, Duraclean started out by sucking up all the water through the crawlspace, the drywall, the carpet, the cabinets, everything... It was a mess. This all happened over Thanksgiving weekend and we are wrapping up everything at this point with all the paperwork with the adjusters, the insurance, and Duraclean, but of all the people that have been brought in on the project, I have had the smoothest time with Duraclean. They show up on time, they call before, they are clean- even my wife was happy with how things were respectfully handled and thats saying a lot. ###I am so glad Duraclean was there and would highly recommend them for anyone having to deal with water or flood damage like we had.
