I just had a very similar experience to that of Ethylin W. My truck had to be towed into Daniel's Chevrolet and I was wary because I have an inherent distrust of dealers as being overpriced and always trying to upsell on every job! The service advisor was very professional and upfront about what needed to be done and offered discounts to help with the bottom line. When the job was done it was exactly as I had been told it would be. I too now have a very different attitude about this particular dealer service department!

My service rep was very professional and represented Daniel Chevy very well. His presence, professionalism, ability to be upfront, transparent and honest has me looking at Daniel Chevy in a different light. It appears that Daniel Chevy is moving in the traditional customer service and satisfaction is 1st, direction. I am a traditional kind of girl. I would recommend them to my friends. I would go back for another service. Although, my previous experience was less than satisfying, I believe that companies sometimes forget the importance of a happy customer. I am happy with the service that I received. They do not have much of a waiting area, but the service was good.

They were absolutely amazing! We bought our truck while we living in another state. We were to be moving the Springs soon but the paperwork needed to be completed. Jason spoke with me on the phone to work out the deal, they sent all the needed paperwork by mail and by the time we made it here everything was completed. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. When we went to pick up the truck everyone was so helpful and nice. We did have to have a running light replaced, getting an appointment was a little difficult because they are so busy. But when we had our appointment we were in and out of there in no time.

We will definitely be back!
